N-YZ型双螺杆压榨机：
主要用来分离鱼料中的油脂和水，为鱼粉和鱼油加工提炼做好准备，双螺杆压榨机克服以往单螺杆压榨机时常发生鱼料随轴旋转的缺陷，双螺杆压榨机有利原料得率和减轻卧螺机负担，所以得到广泛应用。鱼料进入双螺杆压榨机后，由于两根螺杆的螺距沿出料端逐渐缩小，轴径却逐渐增大，所以位于两轴螺旋槽内的原料逐渐被压缩产生可达每平方厘米15千克的巨大压力，由于双螺杆的相互影响防止鱼料随轴旋转，随着鱼料压缩，压榨汁不断从漏网中漏出，汇集到压榨汁沉淀池，渣饼从出料口落下，由螺旋撕碎输送机送往干燥机。

The double screws pressing machine avoids the defect that the fish material will rotate with the axes usually caused by single screw pressing machine, the double screws pressing machine will improve the yields and lessen the burden of horizontal screw centrifuge, so it’s widely used. Because the screw-pitch of the two screws in the Double Screws Pressing machine, gradually shorten along the outlet end while the diameter of axes enlarges gradually, so the fish material in the two screws trough will be pressed and produce a pressure of 15kgs/ per square centimeter, because the two screws interacting each other, so the fish material will not rotate with the axes, and with the pressing of fish material, the squeezed liquid will drop from the sieve and goes to the sedimentation tank, and the dregs cake will drop from the feed outlet and be delivered to the Drying machine by screw conveyor.
